Retail and Online Terms and Conditions
Who are we?
These terms and conditions apply to all dealings
between Bedlam Puzzles Limited trading at Airport Business Centre,
10 Thornbury Road, Estover, Plymouth, PL6 7PP, UK (with registered
office at 76 Fore Street, Topsham, Exeter Devon EX3 0HQ registered
number 04419698) (“BPL”) and any prospective or actual
retail customers of BPL (“you”). References to BPL
throughout include our affiliates, agents and sub-contractors
where appropriate. By contacting us in connection with the Bedlam®
Cube or using our website (www.bedlampuzzles.com) you are deemed
to have accepted these terms and conditions in full unless you
notify us and we agree to any variation in writing. See our Trade

BPL’s exclusive worldwide rights
to Bedlam® Cube
BPL is the exclusive worldwide rights holder to
the Bedlam® Cube (the “Bedlam® Cube”) and
certain related Bedlam® 3-dimensional products. Any licence
to manufacture, sell or appoint sales agents or distributors is
in the sole discretion of BPL. If you have been offered a Bedlam®
Cube and want to check that the seller is an authorised seller
please contact us.
Pricing
Bedlam® Cubes are sold in different sizes,
materials, colours and finishes. Prices are charged at the price
shown on the product pages of our website on the date you place
the order and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Errors and
omissions are excepted. Prices for multiple purchases are available
on written request (sales@bedlampuzzles.com). Postage and packaging
is charged at current Royal Mail shipping rates.
Delivery
When payment is received by credit or debit card
we aim to despatch on the same day if your order is received before
noon. Standard delivery is usually 3 working days from receipt
of payment if Bedlam® Cubes are in stock. If an item is out
of stock we will contact you and inform you of the anticipated
supply date and give you an opportunity to cancel your order if
you wish. If you cancel in such circumstances we will reimburse
you in full using the same payment method by which you paid us.
BPL assumes no risk for losses or damage to Bedlam®
Cubes once they have left our or our agents’ warehouse or
similar.
If the delivery address is outside the European
Union, you are responsible for any clearance by customs and any
related duties.
Billing and payment terms
Payment is due upon placement of purchase order
by means of secure credit card transaction online, by credit card
over the telephone or by personal or building society cheque made
payable to “Bedlam Puzzles Ltd”. Please do not send
cash.
BPL reserves the right not to release the Bedlam®
Cubes until payment has been received and has cleared. Legal ownership
of the Bedlam® Cube does not pass from BPL to you until payment
in full has been made in clear funds.
Returns policy
Bedlam® Cubes are not generally sold on a
sale and return basis. However, if you change your mind or are
not satisfied with the Bedlam® Cube for whatever reason you
may return the Bedlam® Cube to us in its original packaging
within 14 days of receipt by you. When we receive the returned
Bedlam® Cube in these circumstances we will give you a full
refund of the purchase price less the original postage and packaging
cost. You will be responsible for the return postage costs also.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Ownership and intellectual property
The website content and all written materials,
logos, photography, Bedlam® Cube designs and trademarks are
the intellectual property of BPL or are used under licence. By
purchasing a Bedlam® Cube, You are granted a licence to use
the Bedlam® Cube for private use only.

CE Mark and safety certification
The Bedlam® Cube has been tested to meet the
relevant parts of EN71 (toys) and bears the CE Mark. No warranty
is given by BPL in respect of any other standards.
Confidentiality and privacy policy
We will treat all information provided by you
confidentially. BPL complies with UK privacy and data protection
legislation and best practice: all reasonable steps are taken
to ensure that your data is secure. Please note that unless you
specify otherwise we will use email as the preferred medium for
corresponding with you; and from time to time we may send you
details of special offers on other Bedlam® Cube or related
products from BPL or group companies. If you prefer not to receive
such information please contact us in writing.
Amendments
BPL reserves the right to make reasonable amendments
to these terms and conditions, such changes shall be deemed to
come into effect within 10 days of us notifying you of the changes
by email.
Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by English
law, and you and BPL submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts of England and Wales.
